Remote sophrology in congenital heart disease: the SOPHROCARE randomized controlled trial

This large-scale study evaluated the impact of an 8-week Sophrology programme for young people with Congenital Heart Disease. Whilst aerobic physical fitness was not improved, significant enhancement in Health-Related Quality of Life was observed in young adults.
