About the Course Leader:

Carin van Buuren is a Sophrologist, a Mindfulness-Integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, and a Neuroscience Coach. Her interest in holistic healthcare and the mind-body connection began at a very young age, leading her to study Reiki, NLP, and meditation.

After founding a successful business coaching company for managers in international corporations across Europe, Carin experienced firsthand how workplace issues often connect to personal challenges and vice versa.

With a solid medical background and more than 20 years of experience in coaching and self-development training, she opened her private practice to help overwhelmed working parents achieve a healthy work-life balance and build emotional resilience.

Specialising in burnout recovery and work reintegration, Carin’s main focus now lies in prevention. She teaches private and corporate clients how to manage and regulate their emotions by increasing emotional awareness and improving emotional intelligence.
