Enjoy being guided by someone else for a change! Drop in for one or more of these free online practices led by 2nd year students. Starting in October on several Wednesdays over the year.

Monthly Free Guided Practice
Whether you have done Sophrology before or are completely new to it, whether you’re a current Sophrology student or thinking about training, all are welcome!
