These courses are part of our two-year diploma programme and can also be completed individually. Each course will provide participants with the skills to apply the Sophrology method in a particular area of client need. Teachers are specialists in their area and will include practical work and case studies from their experience.
You’ll gain a basic understanding of the area of application, key mechanisms and relevant physiology. You’ll practice Sophrology techniques used in the field and be able to identify specific exercises and protocols to use with clients. Uses, limitations, and adaptations of Sophrology will be covered.
